Paulie,
you not the only one wanting a answer. When I met David Xu recently, this was an issue I brought up, I have long supported the blackview but the admins take their time in replying. you get one answer this way and tomorrow its another answer. HOWEVER.... (uhm) at times they do find solutions. I have 30 of the new blackviews bv8000 pro for my staff but cannot deploy because of issues like you face. right now all my staff have iphones, but I wanted to move to something more rugged, I also have 20 bv7000 which I love because they have parallel space as part of the rom, now the bv8000 pro doesn't have it. isnt weird how you plug in a bv8000 and the computer says its a bv7000?? yeah I think they have many flaws and I told david that this is a serious issue. How he took it back to Hong Kong I will not know. I just hope he understands the demand of the customer not the business. without us as customers, he wont survive. I wont buy any future blackviews if he doesn't sort this out. It sucks that you buy a bv7000 now and you can get android 7. but with the existing ones, they have no update. how ironic.
its a great phone in all. only the support needs to be worked on. I would do it for free if it would help. but without any input from the blackview it makes it harder for us to understand. plus their English is not the same as we know it. I had issues with my bv7000 pro and blackview told me to take it back to where I bought it, and the store told me to contact blackview, after that they ignored my request to fix the phone, so where does the warranty apply? This was another concern I had. plus if you look for the serial number for your phone you notice its 0123456789?
who deploys phones without a serial number?
I Would love to work at blackview and make a serious re-shuffle. you would see results!
David Xu if you read this, I hope you remember what I told you about this support issue....
