Ear speaker problem

Hello!
I just received my BV8000 pro.
I have the problem - the "ear" speaker does not work.
When making or receiving a call I can’t hear any sound.
Speakerphone and headphone are working fine.
How to solve this problem?

before sending it back I would try a factory rest, this will not void your warranty and sometimes it can be fixed. my personal advice is to update the firmware and then factory reset the device, and see if changes. if it does not, then contact your supplier. Contacting Blackview directly for faulty units or after sales issues with warranty, they simply wont do it. I have been there and done that.

I have already tried all of the above, but that did not help. But nevertheless I fixed this problem.
A few smashes on the table helped. :lol:
