Hi, I have couple of issues which could be fixed in ROM update
1 - mobile data icon in top menu is always ON (green), even if the mobile data are switched off
2 - PTT/SOS button - There is no option to configure it like in BV7000 - I dont want to use long press for SOS button, and there is no option to disable it or to configure it for different function
3 - Camera always blurry until you focus by touching the screen - this is not that big issue, if you taking pictures in camera mode, but its big problem for example if u use 3rd party app which is using camera and there is no option to focus in that application. For example I use Sygic navigation with dashcam function and as it opens camera view, its always blurry and there is no option to focus.

in the new updated firmware I tried a few other apps and it seems to be working, I was wondering if your still facing the same issue.

Soon we will publish a new flash rom to fix the problems, please keep tuned.

The other two - mobile data icon and programmable SOS button still not fixed...

BUT!
With latest update more serious problem appeared!
Display having serious issues with some artefacts, noise and errors.
I dont know if its software or hardware issue.
Its seems to be happening mainly when the phone is bit hot. I seen it few times before update but after update its happening VERY often.
It is very annoying and I am gonna send it back to seller if there is no SW fix possible.
Do you have any advice how ti fix it or does the phone have to be sent for repair or exchange?

1) Bluetooth connection drops every few minutes
2) WiFi connection drops everyone now and then
3) Gmail is not syncing unless I open it (I'm sure it's not a misconfiguration issue)
4) Some settings just seem to reset on their own without touching them (like the flash light quick access button "home button")
5) The most annoying problem that is rendering my phone almost not usable.. Recently after the latest firmware upgrade.. Every few hours the phone freezes and I have to reboot it by long pressing the power button.

What am I supposed to do now seriously?

I know that is not the subject but someone can tell me, if the data transmission mode FDD, is compatible with the model Blackview BV8000 pro ?, I would appreciate your response.

We can not reproduce that issue and it is unlikely that this can be fixed fast. Please contact your seller to exchange the device.

hi I have a BV 8000 Pro that has headphone symbol showing even though the headphones arent plugged in. phone only works if headphones in how do i solve this problem
