Certification google

Hello can you tell me if the blackview bv8000 pro is certified by google? And if it edt declare in 4G on the free mobile network in france like the blackview bv6000 that i have?
For the google certification, we are working on it.
And the BV8000pro can be working totally in France mobile network.
