When to solve the problem of reeboting?

There has been a long silence in the topic.
I have tried every solution but the problem still persists and is very annoying.
Dear Admin, can the next update solve the problem?

The problem is actually tracked and it's being investigated with high priority. Please be patient, we are doing our best.

A little update, even if not as good as you would expect.
Our tech team, at the moment, found that replacing the device charging board will solve the issue.

Here are some charging board replacements from Aliexpress:

A little bit annoying, but not so hard or costly to do it by yourself, if approaching it as an alternative to contact your seller for a whole device replacement under warranty (wich i suggest you, globally, to do).
So the sudden reboot is definitely an hardware fault guys.
Better an hard truth than an easy lie.

And how many units did they test this theory on before reaching that conclusion? The reboots appear to be related to one of the updates, because there was a big spike in reboots after that. We need more info on what in the charging boards was causing the reboot and if you have only just discovered this what guarantee that existing charge boards on the market do not share the defect.

Il may be a hardware but revealed by a software update. That would explain why some phones had the bug after an update. More informations would be great.

Why is it a hardware problem when the phone reboots when not charging? People say it reboots when this hardware is not in use.

I thought my problem was resolved after I changed from using two sim cards to only using one, it took about 5 days before I had a reboot again. So hopefully the charging board is the main culprit or atleast part of the issue and that this problem can be finally solved.
