Tech team is aware, a fix will come.
In the mean time please use the smartlock option (so that you can unlock your phone with another bluetooth device) or use the pattern unlock feature.

Pattern unlock AND Bluetooth unlock don't work. That's the biggest security fault I know from my devices.
The device is unusable. Only a hardcore factory reset get your Buggy device back to work.

Fix some Bugs soon or the shitstorm will come from your costumers.

The meaning of BV 8000Pro is "BV8000 Problem", don't you agree?
I'm without phone 5 days ago, and I've noticed one thing:
- The administrator is not solving the present problem but gets hypothetical solutions from the others. This is not correct. I purchased this phone and I deserve a solution.
Reading the previous posts, I've tried all options, and none works. I must recover my information stored. Please help me provinding an app with the remote PIN change feature, or an app for a remote info backup.
If I do not have a viable solution, I have no choice but to throw this phone to the trash and report this serious failure in social networks.

Hi there, the problem has been tracked long time ago, but the tech team didn't solve anything, actually.

If you tried all the workarounds posted in this thread but no one works, unfortunately there's nothing more to do except connecting the phone to your pc, download every file you can, perform a factory reset (=total wipe) from the recovery menu ( viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922 ) and then restore the latest Google backup of your phone.

Your tech team should solve this problem now for the existing phones, and not also for the future models. I paid for a phone that supposedly works. This is clear enough.

About connecting my phone to a PC, this also doesn't work. My main worry is this. I don't see a way to copy my photos and vídeos because my PC only recognizes the phone, but it doesn't allow to select the stored files. The windows explorer don't show any file. Please see following image:

With your phone connected to PC, slide down the notification bar of the phone, then select the option to use the USB connection to transfer files (it may be set to be in charge mode only).

To check if Google automatically backed up your photos, just log into your Google drive from the web.

Please provide me another way for this solution that you inform, or please provide a remote access using my phone series number, or another way to resolve this situation. I must recover all my photos and vídeos.
