I have combined problems, but the first one is definitely the pin changing by itself. The next is that I can't wipe the system, because my phone does not include a recovery image... Then I'm blocked, I'm not even sure to be able to do an update if a new version is coming out...

So, it's not possible that your phone doesn't have a recovery image to let you perform a factory reset.
You can wipe the system by recovery mode ( viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922 ) or under settings->backup->factory reset.

In fact, I don't have a recovery image but in a general extend, I do not have a recovery mode. When I apply the method to access it, I can only get the page with a small android with message saying "no command". So I cannot wipe. And as I can't enter my phone except in guest mode, I cannot activate developer mode or backup system option... I'm not even sure if I can apply update if you find a way to resolve the system..

As you can see from the photo, there is no command and I did not root my phone, I used it as I received it

2) Press and HOLD Volume+ button, then, witohut releasing such button, press and HOLD the Power button until the Blackview logo appears. As soon as the Blackview logo appears, STOP HOLDING the Power button but KEEP HOLDING the Volume+ button until the wrecked android robot with the "No command" text appears.
3) Now press and HOLD Power button, then, without releasing such button, press ONLY ONCE the Volume+ button. Now release the Power button.

This is pretty annoing, third time hard reset in two months because of self changed pin.
Do you (Blacview) have some update on solving this issue?
Please take this problem seriously or i will have to throw my bv8000 pro to trash.
I liked this phone so much as I hate it now.
