Re: [TRACKED AND ALMOST SOLVED] Bluetooth issues

Mon Dec 18, 2017 10:02 am

Made a reset to the factory settings. I went through all kinds of battery life. The BV8000Pro_blackview_20171011 firmware came through the air. But the problem with Bloethooth remained. Failures for connecting the phone with the car, communication tears, rattling on the phone at the subscriber. No action with the economy of charge and energy saving did not help. Even a glowing screen and a tough bunch of car and smartphone.

Our tech team is aware of the fact that a minority of the units don't get the bluetooth problems fixed by changing the battery saver/optimization settings.
The issue is still being investigated.

After I did the update to the latest firmware my Bluetooth issues came back. So far using Intelligent battery on and BT Tool not optimised so far I haven't gotten any issues. If I set all my Bluetooth settings to not optimised it does create a bit of battery drain in comparison to having it optimised. Need to test it over a couple of days with different settings.

...but the basic fix still works ;)

If I set the Intelligent Battery off and the rest standard it drops my Bluetooth connectivity. The way I have it at the moment is the only way that it works apart from not optimising all the Bluetooth settings. But will test it some more.

Hi,
after install the latest update 2017/12 i got the BT problem back and even worst like "Whip85".
No more possible to change it by the settings.
Bluetooth is now not to use for me. After 5 min its disconnect and connect it after +/- 5 sec again. This missing seconds are not acceptable, i am using the fone for work.
I would like that the BLACKVIEW tech team create a fast fix.

1) Did you perform a factory reset after the update? this is important!

2) Did you try every fix that has been posted in this thread? Fix As:

- Disable battery optimization for every bluetooth service (Bluetooth MIDI service, BT Tool, Bluetooth sharing) and for every app that will use bluetooth to transmit data (your music player, Call manager, telephone dialer app and so on).

and

- Disable the "Standby Intelligent power saving" setting?

Yes, yers & yes

factory reset
login
download new firmware (12/17) update + install
factory reset again
login
Firmware successfull installed

After that is Bluetooth a complete desaster. Der old bug is back and even worst, because its not to handle in settings, like before the update.

Why don't you try to optimise the Bluetooth settings and keep Intelligent Battery On. That seems to have sorted my Bluetooth issues out. Also try Bluetooth Tool not optimised and Intelligent Battery On. Both those settings seemed to have solved it for me.

Can anybody else confirm that after the december firmware update the bluetooth fix isn't working anymore?
