Is this ROM 20170829? This ROM BV8000Pro_blackview_20170829 include previous fixes ? Or I must give into a phone fix by fix ?

You prefer flashing phone via SPFlashTool or local update via phone ?

For OTA Updates you must do them one by one, flashing can be made directly to any fitting version. Here is a flashing guide: viewtopic.php?f=192&t=319505
