A second after writing this post tried the flashlight button for a joke and it turned on!!!!! I was trying it for a month now from time to time just wishing it would turn on and now it does!!!!!! Blackview MAGIC!!!!

For your hardware problems, i suggest a replacement under warranty of the whole unit.
