I too had cuts/stuttering when listening to music with Poweramp Pro software sending music to a BT Denon Envaya Mini. This setup has been used with many phones before without issues.
I tried setting off 'Standby intelligent power saving' and not optimizing a bunch of programs but it did not solve the stuttering.
I then set 'Performance and power saving' (the first option) to 'Sports mode'. In fact in French this option could be translated as 'High performance mode'. The cuts/stuttering stopped for good !
I even reverted 'Standby intelligent power saving' to on and optimized all programs and it's still working fine.
Hope this helps for some of you.

Are you sure that you did all the forum suggestions? firmware update, factory reset, high performance mode ON, apps battery optimization OFF, intelligent standby OFF....

i read it and yes it seems that the Android system is the fault of all this. The BV6000 has Android 6.0, so no reason to complain this error to the BV8000.
The solution can be to turn of Wifi when you need Bluetooth. At least, in my way it helps with the "intelligent Battery saver" turn off.
I can not give much response, the last times it worked for me with the Headset.
Only want inform Blackview team that we should not be angry on you, when the Android system is failing.
Greetings Mathias
