So, for the moment, we have 3 temporary fix for this problem:

1) Flash the Dogee S60 ROM as these users suggest (NOT recommended at the moment!)

2) Use the Open Camera App instead of the stock camera app.

3) Adjust the "white balance" setting in Camera pro mode of the stock camera app.

Can you tell us about this ROM ? (where to find it ? Is there a thread about this port ?)

I don't know anything more about that rom, but it firmly don't reccomend porting a rom (and maybe problems) made for a different phone just to fix a simple bug that can be temporary fixed by using another (and better than stock) camera app!

It does not support fingerprint and NFC probably. Seems to be working faster than blackview rom but might be placebo effect.

I never said I would flash it (just have a look inside this ROM).
Fact is, while BV8000 Is a good hardware, software is not mature enough to fully use hardware (too bad). So a little software exploration could help

BV8000Pro_blackview_20171114_tee to fix your problem, please remember that after this flash, you can not flash back to the former software, or your phone will have problem.
