About the noisy camera after the 20171227 update, tech team is aware and a fix will come.

I already used these setting but it get blurry picture always. Can i install any previous update in which you fix the blurry issue.

Yes, you can downgrade to previous versions. Just flash the ROM you want.

I flashed in previous version as I discussed earlier but still photo blur issue not resolved and the pic not so clear as expected from 16MP camera. not happy at all

Did you perform a factory reset after such downgrade?
You can downgrade to previous firmwares until you want, just try.

Just go back until your are satisfied  
Don't go back more than the 20171114 version.
