Problem is I bought my smarthone through Aliexpress (Go Top Smartphone). I tried to reach the seller bur nothing until now. I bought it las September, so it's still undwer guarantee. I think they won't answer. Shame...nice smartphone but no support!

I'm really sorry for that, but untrusted 3rd party sellers sometimes behave like that. Nothing to blame Blackview for. If the seller doesn't help you, feel free to open an AliExpress Dispute. They will give you a refund.
