My BV8000 and my friend's also does the same thing. Just restarts randomly without touching it.

Mine phone has the same issue - using the latest flash!

i have the exact same problem, mostly during the night at random times. Already did a factory reset. Running last firmware but already did it on previous firmware. The Phone is about 5 weeks old.

Unfortunately I have the same problem. The phone reboots spontaneously while alone. I can't receive calls until you find it and enter unlock code to continue the download phone. 4G off, WIFI - enabled. I noticed one peculiarity - reload happen more often if you are running, do not shut down "heavy" programs such as the Macroscop. Resetting to factory did the install V0.1_20170803_20171011-0929. When enabled, the charger does not restart ever. Tell me what reason might be? Sorry for bad English.

Hello, i have same issue since i buy the phone and still not find a solution.

I also got a few sudden reboots, but not very often. It seems, that not the whole System is rebooted, since I didn't have to type in the pin numbers for the SIM cards. Last one was today, I just put in the audio cable from my car into the phone, as it rebooted.

Additionally, the fingerprint sensor is not working right now, I have to reboot the phone again to make it work.
