Probably because you have an older rom: if you update it, you will find in settins --> users.

Yes as always

I did it twice because the phone didn't work well at first reset....but the second reset didn't resolve the problem

Hello I Have bought some Blackview 8000 pro. On some BV in Settings>Device I can found the menu Users but on other there is no Users menu.
How can I have this menu for the others ?
