Maybe the solution they give here works for me. By chance someone knows where I can take my cell phone, here in Argentina, to charge the battery?
Thank you.

The solution is updating it to the latest firmware version (20180124), available both via OTA update or flashing.
From the beginning of the problem i stated and reccommended many times to switch off the device to SAVE battery charge for a future update released to solve this terrible issue.
If you had saved your battery charge, you would have had enough charge to perform an OTA update.
But your device is now drained, so OTA update will not be possibile.
Here are the possibile solutions:
- Go to any repair phone center, tell them to open the phone and directly charge the battery with an external charger.
Once fully charged, you'll be able to switch your device on and perform an OTA update to the latest version.
- Try to flash the new firmware with a drained battery. Don't know if it will work, but you can try.
I suggest the first solution.

Dear Admin this is NOT the solution. I have tried this instal it from ota. That update was the problem. After that update it wont charge anymore.
Its my 3th bv8000 (most rugged smartphone) that dies from software bugs in 3 months.
Please come with a solution youre tech staf has tried and works. Or take a phone with that problem and search for the problem.
