Anyone know an application to solve this problem, probably hardware...

You can try accessing Mediatek Engineering mode, and then accessing the sound settings to test whether you can turn the volume up.
Engineering mode is accessed by dialing a special code on the phone app, but you can alternatively install an app which will take you directly to it. I myself use this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.themonsterit.EngineerStarter
And here, you can find a very nice tutorial on how to setup sound volume levels using engineering mode:

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but it works with call speaker? Here what I can do?

You've entered the wrong section. You went to hardware testing > Audio > Volume > Audio Playback, which is for media playback settings. You must enter hardware testing > Audio > Volume > Voice, where you have settings for all the related devices (headsets, headphones, speaker, etc.). Anyway, be careful and don't push the levels too high. Try not to reach the maximum value

I think it's Receiver, but I'm not sure, since I never had the problem you're facing. You can try the various options and check if you notice any improvement.

HELLO. For the guys wich the work like me around the metal and cutting metal every day. For me I find a solution which I tested and work for a few weeks almost 1 month with no problem. Down I attach some pictures. I think the pictures say more words than me to speak how I do it.
I have a problem with Ear speaker. The volume is very low. I buy and replace I think 10 times and still the same problem. I try with engineer mode Mtk. Still the same problem.
Somebody have a solution.
Thank you

It seems like a software problem, you can try to backup and factory reset your phone, but this.procedure will delete all your data, so backup!

guys i solvd it a few times.
i was getting tired of not be able to hear the other side at the earpiece, was asking them to scream, or i was moving to a quiet location to speak with them.
so i looked at any solution available.
finally i found it! and it is easy fix that every one can do.
the earpice is behind a tiny pinhole exactly in the middle of the earpice slot.
it is always plugged by dirt dust and grease from the ear.
use carefully a sewing needle to remove the plugged dirt from the hole.
you will hear the other side like the phone is new!

also do that to the mic hole and the speaker.
notice only to remove the dirt, dont stick it too far inside!

you welcome guys.
