Never measured it, but I think the question should be the other way around, how much time should it take to charge in "normal" mode. I charge my phone every night for three hours and I find it fully charged in the morning, but it is at least at 20% when plugged.

I fully charge my device from 0% to 100% in about 2,5-3 hours with "fast charging" enabled.
If you charge your phone in the same time, it means that fast charge is enabled... even if not showing in the lock screen (i'm starting to think that it may be a translation related issue).
