Updated 27-12 from 19-12 with factory reset. CD cpu and the phone goes into deep sleep as it should. No problem for me. What are your cpus?

I've did the factory reset on both of my devices once again.
Still same thing.

Charging on a daily basis, on normal use, it's consuming 100% of battery in about 16 hours.

I noticed that the phone doesn't go into deep sleep during battery charge, I don't know if it's normal behaviour. Again no problems for me with the charger disconnected. Running 1227 now on CD cpu.

I have had my BV8000 Pro just over a week updated to the latest firmware 20171227-1550.

I'm watching the battery now as I also thought it would last longer but not had the phone long enough to notice a difference. But I have noticed the fault below.

When making phone calls using Bluetooth the received audio is very poor and distorted. If I then click record option in the phone screen menu it is fine until I stop recording. Have tried this many times to be sure.

Most phones won't enter deep sleep while charging, that's normal.
