Hi,
i have tried the setting but still got the problem. All phone ane BT settings are on full power now. Cut be a android setting there is involved as well.
But, i think, you are on the right way; i have switched off the option "intelligent power saving" ( Settings > Battery/Akku ) After that changing i havn´t lost a BT connection by phone calls. Maybe the wasnt long enough - i keep a eye on it.

Can you attach a screenshot of the apps with disabled battery optimization?

Good! Can you make another little test?
Keep the Intelligentes energiesparen OFF and re-enable battery optimization for every app. Check if bluetooth problems come back and report here every result.

Hi Admin,
thx for helping us.
I tried, "Optimizing ON, Intelligent Energie Saving OFF" and Bluetooth stays stabil for a 10 minute call (Not longer, because call was ending ). Before ist was disturbed after +/- 3 to 4 minutes.

did you also re-enable battery optimization for each app wich (due to the previous fix) wasn't optimized? it's an important step.
