I have a problem:
1. Bluetooth connecting problem
- Version: (BV8000Pro_Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20170822-1836)
- Sensor (Heart Rate Sensor - 150188-HMBT)

The sensor is visible, but BV8000Pro can't connect to it
(The sensor was tested on another phone and it works perfectly)

Could you check and fix this issue?

the app. backup and restore disappeared.

You can only use our blackview official headphone.
