same problem with Waze,

looks like a second crap phone from Blackview: BV6000 with bluetooth battery drain and unresponsive capacitive buttons, still not solved ...
Now BV8000pro with no navigation with Waze ... and blurred camera pictures...
Never seen before ...

We should sue them for selling rubbish !

The 7000pro is said to work fine with WAZE ... my 8000pro ist still on hold at Gearbest. Can you guarantee to get the problems solved or at least guarantee to cover all costs (shipping, handling, customs, etc.) in case you cannot fix it soon? Or should I better cancel my order and go for a already working phone.
I even cannot feed my dog with just a promise.

I recently bought a blackview bv8000 pro, with android 7.0, latest version on it, and My waze app won't start... I really need to use this app... I thought it's a great phone until this, and also the camera app, for 16megapixel camera, the photos are kind of bad quality, also selfie camera... Please at least help us with waze problem. I tryed everything, it just won't work.
