Ok, i mailed with the support of kenable.

https://www.kenable.co.uk/product_info. ... ts_id=8681

They confirmed their Pro Signal adapter (PSG03882) has a 17mm plug, which should match our needs.
This seems to be the first AVAILABLE adapter, though
- it's available in U.K. only (?)
- you lose the microphone-channel (TRRS-to-TRS).

But after all it may be the only partial solution at this time :!:

This video does not show a solution. You will loose the waranty of the phone.

This is a good solution if you don't care about microphone. At least you don't damage anything !

How did you manage to make these work? I bought them, but they won't fit, unless you (as someones does on a Youtube video I watched) made the headphone hole a bit bigger with a knife. I wouldn't do that, since that's the quickest way to loose warranty

Sure, but that's more suitable for people willing to do a bit of soldering, since, in order to use these, you'd have to remove the jacks of your current headphones and earphones and put these instead, something not everyone (me included) is willing to do. But it's a step in the right direction, that's for sure

If you want a readymade adapter, I'll do the soldering and manufacture. Just go here. It may not be factory quality, but (I believe) it's pretty decent and (that one is for sure) it works perfectly.
