What is the running time on battery when using GPS in comparison to BV5000? Are you planning not pro model of BV8000, with weaker spec and maybe more energy efficient?
I think that rugged phone should have bigger battery something like P6 would be excellent. And the thickness is not the most important thing in these phones.

I like this BV8000 Pro.
Too bad the capacity of the battery is lower than the BV6000.
And hoping that the camera is better auto focus, better sound and
speaker volume, better sensors as well as a better touch screen than
the BV6000.

Specifications are better than in BV6000 but devil is in the details. I mean here software optimization.

Please let us enable root in this phone!

Nice design and nice specs. But my experiences with the bv6000 made me quit blackview. I hope the hardware and software is better than the bv6000. The bv6000 and the blackview service concerning complaints are a desaster. buying a blackview is like lottery with big chance to loose

It will ship when the store ships it, usually takes a day for the order to be processed.

Not so easy. This is a pre-sale and even the orders from 2 weeks ago haven't been shipped yet.

Looks like BV started shipping to their resellers. I just got a notification from my seller that the gold one is available (although I ordered the grey one).
