I got a BV 9900 Pro a few months ago. Recently it got wet and the cameras both on the front and back got fogged up and stopped working. Customer service does not care at all. The seller is in denial that they have sold a "waterproof" phone!
Terrible user experience so far. Waterproofness for this phone is false advertisement. They are supposed to replace my phone if mine was just one off and defective or they have to refund my money if the whole waterproofness is just a scam. They are doing neither. Customer service does not even answer my emails.
I am so disappointed at Blackview as a startup company. They have failed to deliver what they have advertised and they have done a terrible job in customer service.
