My phone was turned off with low battery. When I plugged in the charger, I left it for a while and then tried to turn it on, nothing happened. The red charging light was on.

I left it charging for several hours, but it did not turn on. The full reset (volume + and power button) does not work either. I connected it to my PC: this also gives the red light load but does not allow the boot, but I regularly receive the message on the PC: the device that was connected to the PC does not work correctly and Windows does not recognize it.

Is there something that can be done? I bought this cell phone in 2017 so I do not think it has more guarantee, and since I am a technician, I have already opened it so I would need your technical help at a distance.

I have tested the charging pin and it works fine, the correct voltage reaches even the battery. I have also charged the battery with universal charger, it still does not turn on the phone.

I read that there are test points in MTK equipment to revive them and flash them. But I can not find the KCOLO testpoint in bv8000pro, could you send me a photograph of your location or the schematic diagram please?

Hi, I replaced the charging board, but the problem is still same. Just red light is on,and I can not switch the phone on. PC does not recognize the phone when i plug it in with USB cable.
Any suggestions?

Mmmh, very strange. You can also replace the battery... it may be faulty aswell!

I have same issues like @bolec82, phone doesn't turn on and when connected to the charger you can see red LED and proximity sensor is flickering.
I've already replaced charging board.When is plugged to the charger is using 5.3V and 0.46A and after 1h45min it's charged batteru up to 820mAh.

When connected to the laptop with Win10 phone will shown in Device manager for 1second an disconnect(looped that way).

Please,any suggestions for troubleshooting ?

You should replace the battery as well!

Right, I ordered new battery, replaced it but no change. Still only red light shows when plugged to PC or charger. 
When plugged into PC, device is not recognized at all. Any suggestions?
I dont know what to do already.I changed almost everything in phone except mainboard.
