Hi,

I ran into to the following issue yesterday : My BV8000 pro battery did not want to charge. It was stuck at 0% for several hours with the red led on, even when I changed cables, adapters, and ways of charging it (wall outlet, PC, external battery,...).

I emptied the battery completely as it was suggested on forums by doing the following : disconnect the phone from cable, and then turn it as long as there is some energy left in the battery. 

Then I put it to charge again but still it got stuck at 0%.

What worked for me is this : I cleaned the charging connectors of my BV8000pro with hot water, a little bit of soap, and a toothbrush. I even used some kind of needle for rubbing the metal connectors.

After drying the connectors, I charged the phone again and it worked fine! It charged until 100% just like it used to.

I hope this can help people having similar issue.
