Hi.

My phone switched off due to low battery earlier today. When I plugged in the charger, left it for a while then tried to switch on, nothing happened.  The red charging light was on.

I left it charging for about 3 hours, but still won't switch on. The hard reset (volume+ and power button) doesn't work either.

I've plugged it into my PC - this also gives the red charging light but doesn't allow booting - but I do regularly get the message on the PC 'the device you connected to the PC has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it'.

Is there anything that can be done? Or is the phone finished? I've only had it for 4 months.

Hi there! You phone is still under warranty. Because of that, you'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty terms.
