Hello! I have a bv800prp with version 20180522 and the battery lasts no more than 8 to 10 hrs, I need a solution. It should be noted that it has been restarted from the factory.

Hi there, please perform a factory reset from the recovery menu:

Then report back if this solves your battery issue ;)
