In recent weeks I realized that the micro USB to USB C adapter supplied in the box with my BV8000 Pro no longer works, while a few months before it worked perfectly, I have already tried to change it and try a new one, but the result is same: the phone does not charge, but with the USB charger C supplied in the package it is perfectly charged.
Is it likely that it was an update that does not allow battery charging, or is it a smartphone problem?

have you tried to change micro usb cable? i had a similar problem with other phone (in my case was with an iphone) with te same issues and the problem was a faulty micro usb cable

How could you try another "USB to USB C adapter" if BV8000 Pro has a non standard lenght USB-C head? Only the one supplied in the box has the correct USB-C Head lenght...

I tried the adapter with the Blackview s8 box
I tried the adapter of the bv8000 pro with the s8 and It worked.

I tried the adapter with the Blackview s8 box
I tried the adapter of the bv8000 pro with the s8 and It worked.

mmmmmmm this means that the BV8000Pro adapter is working with another phone but not with the BV8000pro... so the adapter isn't faulty.
What's your firmware version? did you upgrade it recently? do you have problems also with other cables/chargers?

A week ago I realized that I can use the OTG and use the battery power through the adapter, but I can't charge the phone...
I can power on a small Cooling fan for smartphones that has the micro USB.
It is a software fault?
I used the adapter provided in the official box.
