When i first bought the bv8000 pro it was possible to activate the camera when i pushed 2 times the power button. Also It was possible to use the camera button.. Now it stoppen working a while a go. Some body a solution?

Can you please perform a factory reset and report back?

I did but no effect.

I tried to Upgrade to OREO also to fix it but OTA is not working also (Faild as restarted and come to the same version as it was)

If a factory reset doesn't solve your issue, it means that it's an hardware fault. In this case I suggest you to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.

The same problem. The camera button doesn't work after updating (20180522).
