I would have a problem, after being finished in cold water my blackview after about an hour has stopped working the screen. the smartphone turns on and charges, but the screen remains black. What could I do to fix it? What could have happened? I also noticed that the back (where the cover of the SIM and the memory card when I try to turn it on becomes really hot)

The first thing I recommend is to contact you seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
If this isn't possible, you can try to replace the LCD unit:

Replacing the LCD should do the trick, but I can't know it for sure, nobody can.
