BV 8000pro didn't work any more after a tiny shock.

Sat Aug 11, 2018 5:33 pm

I was in house sitting in an armchair with my blackview bv8000 pro on my legs.
I got up and the phone fell to the ground vertically (40 cm high) hitting the ground with it's bottom right corner.
When I lift it, I feel it extremely hot. It did not function any more.
I feel extremely frustrated. I bought it because it's supposed to be resistant.
This is really far from being as resistant as it's publicited. What can the damage be? Do you have a guarantee? I bought it at the end of last year. How do I solve it?
Thks

Every single fall or shock is different from others. The phone can survive car wheels, but can also get broken falling from your pokets.
Being rugged, unfortunately, doesn't mean that the phone will be out of the physical laws and the MANY variables behind them.
''Rugged" means that it has better chance to survive to a fall or a shock. A chance is not a fact.

User damage doesn't get usually covered by warranty, except specific insurances about it (managed, by the way, by your seller). You'll have to contact your seller, hoping he will replace it.

Have fun buddy.
Getting fixes from this company is a non-option.
