Hello to everybody, I am now the "happy" user of this device BV 8000 pro I am satisfied, for my use it is OK. Only I notice one fault. When I want to use the Zello app/ PTT and SOS key, and I switch the multifunction key in Settings on. The Long press of this key enters the SOS, it works. But by the short press of PTT, goes the phone to reset mode, the phone makes restart. After restart the phone reports, that cant find the SD card/or it is broken.
By another restart with power key, the phone comes to normal state. 

Can you explain me why it is doing? Can I repair it?

Never head about such bug, but it is definitely a bug.
To correctly use the PTT function, you'll have to use only some specific (-chinese-) apps, so such feature is a bit "meh".

For what it takes, i suggest you to entirely disable the SOS/PTT button.

Did you solve this problem in any way? I don´t insist on the fact, that the SOS button MUST work, but it will be nice:-) After short push - Zello app, Long push - SOS calling.

Yeah, it happened once in April, but, as you can see, the issue was different (it was related to the SOS function, not the PTT one that you reported).
