[SOLVED] Return to service

Hi, i'm using BV8000 pro for half a year for now, and yes it very stong and agile i admit, but now its broken.

when i plugout the charger - original adapter and better USB C Cable compared Blackview original(which 1 month later, it wont charge and cant be read from PC),
it doesnt show anything (like bricked), except the red notif light is blinking following my pressed thumb to power button.

i didnt root, leave alone changing ROM, so its not firmware/ROM problem.

so i decided to contact the seller (AliExpress - BlackTech seller), and i even share them the link for video (https://youtu.be/ayDPE2lAGbE), but they havent responded since i share the video.

where should i send my BV8000 Pro to the official service center ? (Indonesia preferably, but if its HK, i dont mind)
