I explain to you when I unlock the phone with the imprint or with the button it remains black the lighting does not work, I must stay strongly press the screen for the lighting works.
As soon as I release I do not see anything.

I tried a hard reset but without success.

the seller does not want to repair or refund.

I'm very sad to read that your seller isn't going to honour warranty, really.

You can replace it by yourself or contact a local phone repair service.
