[SOLVED] Bricked BV8000 Pro. Ebay seller doesn't answer! Warranty!?!

Once after regular update Over the Air (OTA), device has switched off and never got worked again. Nothing has been changed in this phone or software. Only OTA updates has been applied for the device. 64Gb SD card burned down as well.

When I bought(october 2017) my phone, seller declared - 1 YEAR WARRANTY!

Hi there.
After a regular update by air, my phone switched off for good.
Any manipulations with keys useless. Only power led blinking, once by 12 seconds, if i hold power key.

So i would like to use warranty.
What should i do next for this?

I'm really sorry to hear that, but unfortunately there's nothing more we can do to help you, as only the seller manages warranty and warranty terms.
I can suggest, for the next purchases, to trust only official sellers and stores to avoid issues like that.

Just to be clear...which update did you apply? There was one in early January that stopped phone from charging which left devices unable to turn on once battery had gone flat. Your phone might be able to be rescued from that but it requires some technical ability on your part. Your reseller is unlikely to have that ability.

He reported that device became a brick just after an OTA update, i don't think he got into the charging problem... but a feedback from him will help us knowing that ;)
