[SOLVED] BV8000 PRO do not CHARGING and does not recognize headphones

Thu Apr 26, 2018 7:48 pm

I bought my BV8000 Pro in end of September 2017 and received on October 7.
In the begining of January 2018 it stoped to recognize headphones. I tried with original headphones ones and few others that work on other devices, but not on BV8000 Pro. No result! When I plug in HeadPhones to BV8000 Pro - the phone does not notice in any way that. Since then I cannot use headphones :( :|

AND the BIGGEST problem is NOW. On April 7th after wetting the phone - it works normally in the watter and after that it get dried. But it refuses to charge. When I conect with cable it shows that Charging, but do not. After battery goes down to 0% it swithces off. When I try to charge on the screen shows a animated batery icon - and continues то stays at 0% - almost 2 days.
I let it off to rest a few times and try to connect again - on Computer USB and on Charger, with different cables. No result. At the end suddenly and surprisingly around 60 hours after that - it goes to 1% and continued to crawl slowly upward.
Since that - the battery is charging very slowly. Fully charging ftom 10-15% to 100% is about 8-10 hours.
Yesterday I was out and had a job to finish and I did not have the opportunity to charge the phone on time. Battery goes down to 1%. I turned it off and when I go home - it does not want to charge again. It was westerday - and now 30 hours later - still stays at 0% and I cannot use my Phone BV8000 Pro again.

Few questions to start.

1) BV8000 Pro is equipped with a deeper-than-standard 3,5mm Jack port. This means that only original headphones or headphones with a longer-than-standard jack will work. What headphones are you using at the moment?

2) Did you WAIT for the BV8000Pro usb-c port to dry before connecting it to the charger?
From what you wrote, it seems that device charging board got damaged because of the usb-c port not being properly dry before being connected to the charger.
