Hi. My phone has been finally blocked and now I can't use it anymore as the phone doesn't count with a FCC certification and possibly all certificates are fake as my government does not recognize any of them. I'm now asking for a full refund to the american company that has sold it to me geekbuy.com but I still waiting for their reply! I have also heard about another option which is changing the IMEI number in the processor that's why I would like to know if is possible what kind of processor this phone uses if it is MTK mediatek? Also I would like to know if you have any plan B for the users that are going to go through this big issue! Or if u can change the IMEI for me? Thanks

I'm wondering if you can make this request to go higher in the priorities of the company in order to get the FCC ID as this issue might affect the sales if for example this issue appears in Facebook or YouTube? Thanks for you reply!!
