No notifications on the app's taskbar when the screen is closed at all. Yes FW 20170803_20180105-1104 I need to fix it.

did you install any antivirus programs?
if you did, please check the settings of the antivirus programs.

Please update your device to the latest firmware version, perform a factory reset and report back.

I did not install the antivirus at first ...... wipe cash and factory data ... then it is not working .... the new FW is not ... do not ... would have to wait OTA alone. ..... When there is no app to notify tarkbar, some app does not work.

Your actual firmware version (20180105) unfortunately carries a known bug (background task clear bug) wich makes also notifications not showing properly.
Updating your device to the latest firmware will solve the issue.

If you can't update it, a palliative solution would be going to settings -> "Background task clear", switch On such feature and put ALL apps on the white list, as we talked about is this thread:
