Hello, I have an issue with my device, yersterday at night it was working properly, before i go sleep i connected the device to the wall charger...
that's it.... when i wake up (4 hrs later) my cellphone is dead, it doesnt turn on, i have already tried Reeboot, and factory reset but i got no response...
all i can see its a red led (only if device its connected to wall charger or pc,) if i press the power button for about 15 seconds it does a small blink, but that's it. the device doesnt turn on.

i really need some assistance with that

Please contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
