Not performing a factory reset after a firmware update may lead to weird issues!

Hello,
I try it yesterday, the problems stay.
So I try to flash my phone tommorow, I download only this file ? (part 2) : "BV8000Pro_blackview_20180308" or an other ?

Yeah, the file is correct.
Remember to perform a factory reset after the update!

I'm at the end of the step 2, but you can look my screenshot, I have uninstall the driver, I plug my phone (shutdown) on the computer and it appear that, I can continue the step or there was a problem ?

Yes I do a factory reset, the problem with the photo stay, I install open camera app, it's a little better :)
Next I will try the network, I will tell you for the result ;)

Hello, I have the same problem with the network, only the data connection is ok, when I call, the network fall :S
An idea ?
