[SOLVED] After firmware update - front camera does not work

Hello,
After firmware update, the notification led and the front camera does not work.
The notification led, work only the red, the other color does not work.

With the single test, the sub camera said: Open sub camera failed.

Can you help me?

Please perform a factory reset and everything should work properly ;)
