Is your SIM card working in another device?

I suggest to try to put your SIM in another slot.

Perhaps you put it into the Micro SD slot?

I serviced a Blackview the other day with similar fault. It had signal in the city but out of town could not register on network, had error saying sim may not be entered properly.

I found a rubber seal under the charging board was preventing the phone antenna from making contact with the charging board, meaning the phone was not picking up signal unless it was literally under the cell tower.

When I fixed the misplaced seal, the phone came to life. #possiblecause
