I purchased BV8000 last July. After One month, it did not boot after OS update. Then managed to hardware reset then recovered.
However, in 2 month after the problem, device heated up almost burning, which I could not hold the device by hand. BV8000 was dead.

I checked with new original cable but the result was same. Using other charger is also the same, burnt my mobile battery...

Since the first problem, no sales, dealer entertained. Do you have any idea how to do with my BV8000 ?

I bought BV8000 because I use BV6000 last time until now without no problem. I can not believe this problem and poor service happened to BV8000, may be something went wrong.

You device unfortunately carried a bad hardware fault. It's annoying, but it can happen.

You should contact your seller for a replacement (or a partial refund) under warranty.
Apart from suggesting that, there's nothing more we can do. Sorry.
