Hi guys!

Flash files for the 20180124 update have been released.

Can you flash your device to this version, perform a factory reset after that, and report back if the issue has been solved?

Admin...just a question: does flashing allow you to bypass sequential updates? I have a customer phone that refuses to show any updates OTA after 20171011-0929....can I simply flash latest ROM or do we have to flash EVERY ROM since October - a very time consuming and risky task?

Just flash the latest ROM, no need to flash every single rom!
OTA updates distribution is neither predictable nor reilable, by it's nature it depends on too many variables.

I'm from Argentina and the OTA update has not arrived yet, and the page says: "" Note: sorry but local update isn't working properly at the moment "" . I have 15% battery, what do I do?

You'll have to flash your device to the 20180124 version. It will be the safest way.

Here is a simple tutorial: viewtopic.php?f=192&t=319505
Here you can find the update files: viewtopic.php?f=192&t=213272

Hello. My phone stopped charging after updating from 20171227 to 20180124.

If the phone is turned off, the charge indicator lights up, but the charge does not starts. The switched on phone informs that the charger is not connected.

Using FlashTool, I flashed back to 20171227, but the problem remained.

The phone was completely discharged. I noticed that if the phone is connected to the computer after the flashing, the battery is charging, although after that the phone still shows 0%. Increase the charge I determined by the increasing battery voltage in the Factory Mode.

Sometimes you can get the phone to show 1% charge. Then the phone can be turned on and used as usual for a very long time, although the battery indicator is flashing all the time and the phone shows 1% charge.

Very weird problem... i'm starting to think it, for your specific case, as an hardware fault instead of an issue carried by the latest firmware update.
People flashed their device to 20180124 version without issues. Let's see if we can get more feedbacks.

Can someone confirm that the problem is resolved with the last update (20180124)?
