Currently thinking of flashing my BV8000pro to 20171114 ROM to fix the camera noise, however was wondering if you can state that the Android 8.0 will address the noisy camera problem.

Considering that a release date for the Android 8.0 update hasn't been set yet, i reccoment you to flash your device to the 20171114 version so that you can actually ejoy taking photos.

I can't state if the Android 8.0 update will solve these little camera issues, but i guess that.
