I was reading up older posts and saw where BV8000 pro became faulty when immersed in water because some of the SIM screws did not have a rubber packing.

I have examined mine be can't seem to find any rubber at all on all four screw for the SIM compartment, is it okay to use my phone under water?

Don't worry, sim tray water seal is granted by this blue gasket:





No need for o-rings on the sim tray screws. Instead, they are needed for the body torx screws.
