Hello, my phone got problem with crackling sound. Whenever I scroll to a video on any social medias, my phone will start to crackle once and when I scroll pass through without playing the video, it will crackle again. It happens on any video that I scroll through. Got any solutions for this ?

Use another browser (i reccomend Chrome) and report back if anything changes.

The crackling sound bug for my device also has. Any browser. Any player. The crackling can only be heard when the media is started, even if it is muted. The interesting thing is that not all file formats do this. I've noticed this in MP4 format. There is no problem with videos / music during playback. The speakers work perfectly. While I play no problem with the sound.

Can anybody else confirm that?

Can you guys disable every battery saver setting, set your device in high performance mode and test again?

I've been trying to do more things because it annoys me.
Duraspeed on/off
Background task clear on/off
Intelligent battery saver on/off
High performance mode /balanced
Factory reset
In the Facebook apps annoy me when I scroll up and down and I hear the cracks when I scroll over the videos.

I have the same sound when scrolling facebook. (20171227)

It's hard to record the bug. At the beginning of the video, the loudspeaker is crack even if the video or the device is muted (it is not loud but audible if you are in a quiet place) but after all, there is nothing wrong with the playback.

Video start-stop crack
Advertising video start-stop crack
Some music start-stop crack
Videos in web browsers
Facebook app.

This issue is not reproducible at the moment.
Can anybody else confirm (or NOT) it?
